  1. Acceptance

    By using Birthday Radar you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

  2. Standard Apple terms

    Birthday Radar is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Agreement ("Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The Standard EULA governs this app except where these Terms say otherwise.

  3. Premium subscriptions

    Premium removes the free tier's 10-person limit. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID until cancelled — you can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals — Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. No partial-period or prorated refunds. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscribers can switch to a different plan at any time from Settings. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that never renew.

  4. When a subscription ends

    IMPORTANT: if a subscription ends — because it was cancelled, expired, or refunded — Premium is withdrawn and all birthdays and data tracked in the app are deleted. A lifetime purchase is the only way to keep your people permanently. Before your subscription ends, you can export birthdays to your calendar from any person's card.

  5. Referrals

    Referral rewards (free months of Premium) are granted when friends join with your personal code. Rewards have no cash value and may change.

  6. Your data

    All of your data stays on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device with iCloud or your computer if you want your data preserved.

  7. Acceptable use

    Use Birthday Radar only for lawful, personal purposes. Only import information you are entitled to use.

  8. No warranty

    Birthday Radar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for missed birthdays, lost data, or damages arising from use of the app.
